Caprylic Acid is a short chain fatty acid which aids in restoring the protective bacteria in the gut. Found in coconuts and human breast milk, Caprylic Acid is useful for those carrying out the Anti Candida Diet (no yeast or sugars) it will help to re-establish the balance of intestinal micro-flora lost during illness, stress, yeast infection or the use of antibiotics.

Directions
