The focus of much interest, 5HTP acts on the brain helping to elevate mood, promote sleep, aid weight loss, relieve headaches, anxiety, depression and panic attacks.

Our natural L-5HTP, made from Griffonia simplicifolia, is enteric coated and therefore not destroyed by stomach acid, so passing through the stomach and subsequently released and absorbed.

Once converted, it influences everything from mood, to appetite to sleep. The molecules are small enough to penetrate through the blood brain barrier and once it reaches the brain it is converted into serotonin. Although it affects many parts of the body, serotonin's most important actions take place in the brain where it influences everything from mood to appetite to sleep.

Directions

Take two capsules up to twice daily with a meal or a glass of water.
