I am just loving this product! I have had frizzy hair all my life, and have tried everything. I was using one of the popular conventional products that is supposed to be uniquely formulated for frizz control. Then I switched to Aubrey just recently and I'm astounded to see how much better it is. And I know I can feel safe with the ingredients too!

I ordered this product based upon a review I read on a popular website for people with curly hair. The woman raved about it and also posted a picture, with hair that looked smooth and healthy. My package could not arrive soon enough and I could not wait to try it.... I was not thrilled with the scent, it seems somewhat medicinal to me, but that is likely because I am accustomed to using products full of chemicals I cannot pronounce and they use a heavy fragrance. The consistency is that of a gel, not much more to say there except that I noticed that unlike other gels, my hands did not have that sticky feeling after using this - big bonus! How does it work? I do not know on a scientific level, but I can say that it dried feeling clean, not sticky or crunchy and my hair looks 100% better after only two uses! My hair was super dry from coloring my hair and using a 400 degree flat iron all too often. My curls were looking more like waves and very dry, frizzy waves at that. I had several severely damaged pieces that simply would not curl at all, as well. Are they now perfectly shiny & smooth ringlets - no. Are they moisturized enough that my stick straight ends are now forming a nice curl? YES! Does my hair feel 100 times softer and have shine? ABSOLUTELY!! Did my nine year old niece actually say to me "What did you do different to your hair today? It looks nice, not dry" - YES!! To sum it up, this is a great product for my dry and damaged bi-racial curly hair. I will be using the Mandarin Magic Moisturizing Jelly for the foreseeable future. PLEASE do not EVER discontinue this product!! It is amazing and I am so thankful that I ordered it!

Not bad...a bit pricey, but worth it. I was surprised to find how much softer my hair is after I wash the jelly out of my hair. It's like a leave in conditioner that holds my frizzy/curly,dry Afro-American hair in place. B-5 Design Gel is next on my list of things to try.

I just want to say that I absolutely love this product!! I have thick, slightly wavy hair, so I don't usually need to put a lot of products in it. However I live in Florida which is frizz and fly away central due to all the humidity. I tried many other products before this one to tame the frizz in my hair and none of them worked. They made it greasy and flat or did nothing at all. The hair moisturizing jelly makes my hair smooth and shiny and it smells great!! Thank you Aubrey for yet another great product! I love everything you make!!

My life would end without this product!!!!! Keeps my kinky-curly, African textured hair soft and supple without piling on products AND without the use of oils. Effects lasts for days without re-applying. I cannot say enough about this fantastic product! :-)

I love this gel! This product is perfect for my extremely curly/ frizzy hair. I previously would use tons of stuff in my hair (leave-in conditioner, gel, hairspray) & am happy to be able to cut back to just one natural product that works great. Please don't ever discontinue this.

This works very well. It leaves my hair smooth and bouncy, and it somehow manages to smooth down my hair without sticking the strands together. (I have wavy hair.) I have never rubbed it into my scalp as the label advises, so I'm not sure if it's providing scalp nutrition. It smells pleasant, but not unbelieveably delicious like GPB and Rosa Mosqueta Hair Cream. I've found I only need to use right after I've washed my hair--if I haven't washed it since yesterday and I used the jelly then, my hair stays smooth. A nice side effect is that it disappears into your fingers as you apply it, and doesn't leave your hands sticky.

For many years I paid close to $20 for an 8oz bottle of gel that left my hair feeling dry and coated. Since I have naturally curly hair and live in humid, South FL, I figured that the only way to get control/hold would be to slather on all of these "extra firm" hold products. Boy, was I wrong! I now mix the Mandarin/Ginkgo Hair Jelly with the B-5 Design Gel and my hair is soft, super shiny, frizz free and with tons of "non-stiff" control! All of this without the use of silicones and plastic agents... amazing!! My hair is healthier, I am happier... you have a customer for life! Thanks for making such wonderful, performing, quality products!
