The Supreme Meal shake is power-packed with protein, vitamins, minerals and phytonutrients from nutritionally dense superfoods.
These superfoods include quinoa, millet, amaranth and broccoli sprouts that are freeze-dried to help assure maximum retention of enzyme activity.

Directions

Add 1 rounded scoop (35 g) of powder to 8-10 oz. of cold water, apple juice, or beverage of your choice. May also blend with a banana and/or your choice of fruit for optimum flavour and shake consistency. For those watching their blood glucose, use cold water instead of a sweet beverage.
